Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Atlas IP Holdings LLC, doing business as Atlas IP Conglomerate ("Atlas," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our websites and product properties, including (among others) BRidge, DownGust, Star Hop, LOCT, VayuDeck, NereusNet, OceanGrid, BrickTickler, Truck Tunnel, Calihan Dating, and CalihanHR (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to the websites that link to it and to the account, quote, and contact features offered through them.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a contact, quote, intake, onboarding, or newsletter form, or create an Atlas account, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company/organization, job role, location, and any details you include in a message or request (which, for certain products, may include business information such as approximate yard size or volume). For dating Services (Calihan Dating), we collect profile information you choose to provide.
Account & billing information. If you create an account or purchase access, we process your login credentials (passwords are stored hashed) and entitlement records. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our hosting/ infrastructure providers may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps for security, fraud prevention, and analytics.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries, quotes, and requests;
- To create and manage accounts and grant access (single sign-on) to products you are entitled to;
- To process payments and maintain billing/entitlement records;
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Services;
- To send you transactional messages and, where you have opted in, updates and newsletters;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (e.g., newsletter sign-up); performance of a contract (e.g., providing an account or fulfilling a request); our legitimate interests (e.g., securing and improving the Services); and legal obligation (e.g., recordkeeping). You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that operate the Services on our behalf — for example cloud hosting and databases (Render, Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), domain and email services (NameSilo), and email delivery providers — under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations;
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information consistent with this Policy.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies (e.g., to keep you signed in) and may use limited analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
Google AdSense preparation: advertising is not active
As of September 23, 2026, we have registered with Google AdSense for possible advertising on Calihan public developer documentation and the public how-matching explanation. Site review has not been completed and advertising remains disabled.
The current integration publishes a site-ownership meta tag and an ads.txt seller declaration. These are passive public records: they do not load advertising scripts, set advertising cookies, access device storage or send a visitor's IP address, page URL or device identifiers to Google. Google may fetch these public records to check site ownership.
Google Privacy & Messaging consent messages have been prepared as unpublished drafts. They are not currently displayed and this integration does not collect advertising-consent preferences. There is therefore no active AdSense consent to withdraw here. Core site functions do not depend on accepting advertising.
Google explains its advertising data practices, including cookies, IP addresses and page URLs, in How Google uses information from sites and apps. Google My Ad Center manages Google ad-personalization settings; it is not a substitute for this site's consent controls.
Advertising will remain disabled until site approval, the applicable consent and opt-out controls, a way to reopen and withdraw preferences, and updated disclosures are in place. Authenticated and private workflows, trading, HR, dating profiles and messages, billing, checkout, administration and legal pages are excluded from this advertising integration.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights
EEA/UK (GDPR): you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. California (CCPA/CPRA): you have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" — we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us at the address below; we may need to verify your identity.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
10. Children
The Services are not directed to children. Account-based and dating Services are intended only for individuals 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date above.
